A. Personal Information

When you register using Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. This is used to personalize your experience and manage your account.

B. Content Data

We process the text prompts, book titles, and descriptions you provide to generate content. While we store your manuscript data to allow you to access it across devices, your inputs are primarily used for the generation process.

C. Google Drive Permissions

If you enable Google Drive integration, our app requests permission to access a specific folder created by Scriptirix AI. We do not access your entire drive. We only interact with the files created by or shared with our application to facilitate cloud synchronization and collaboration.

2. AI Processing Disclosure

To provide high-quality ebook generation, your text prompts may be processed by third-party AI models (such as those provided by OpenAI or Anthropic). These providers do not use your personal data to train their models unless explicitly stated otherwise by their enterprise agreements with us. We ensure that data sent to these providers is minimized and used solely for generating your requested content.

3. Subscription and Payment Data

All financial transactions are handled securely via the Google Play Billing System. Scriptirix AI does not store or have access to your credit card numbers or banking details. We only receive a confirmation of payment and your subscription status (Hobbyist vs. Pro).

4. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Your manuscripts are stored on secure cloud servers to ensure they are available whenever you log in.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request the correction of inaccurate data.
• Delete your account: You can initiate account and data deletion directly from the "Support" or "Settings" section within the App. This will permanently erase your profile and all stored manuscripts.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
