Welcome to Scriptirix AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scriptirix AI provides an artificial intelligence-powered platform for generating, editing, and managing ebook manuscripts. Features include AI-assisted drafting, cloud synchronization via Google Drive, and multi-format exporting (PDF/EPUB).
You must maintain the security of your account and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our usage policies.
You retain full ownership and copyright of the manuscripts and content you generate using Scriptirix AI. We do not claim any ownership over your creative work.
While you own the output, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally be similar to other generated content due to the nature of Large Language Models. Scriptirix AI does not guarantee the uniqueness of AI-generated text in a legal or trademark sense.
You agree not to:
Scriptirix AI offers "Hobbyist" and "Pro" subscription tiers. Payments are processed through the Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to the Google Play Refund Policy.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the AI output will always be factually correct or that the service will be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scriptirix AI and its parent company, Axiom Vertex, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or the content generated therein.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Axiom Vertex is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
